At Move Your Bump we are raising the standard for prenatal fitness, empowering women to be strong during their pregnancy, while meeting them exactly where they are at in their journey. I am also the Head Coach for the 12 Week Ab Rehab program for Postpartum Core and pelvic floor recovery. These are the places to train with me and our teams. I have recently removed all of my personal programing and have committed full time to these platforms.
