A SET OF DUMBBELLS AND THATS IT!
If you don’t have dumbbells grab something else, cans of food, some full water bottles, get creative and leave those excuses some where else! You totally got this :).
Here is the Workout
- Hop Overs 6/6
- Sumo Squat to Upright Row 12
- 2 Crossover Climbers to 4 Mountain Climbers =1 x 5
- Squat into Hammer Press 12
- Reverse Lunge Toe Touches 12/12
- Deadlift into Wide Row 10
Complete 3 Rounds of Each Superset
