  • Frog Jumps 12
  • Lateral Leg Lifts12/12
  • Bulgarian Split Squat 12/12
  • Low Jacks with Toe Touches 12/12
  • Step Up to Knee Up 12/12
  • Box Jumps 12
  • Incline Knee to Chest with Kickback Pulses 12/12
  • Low Side Walks 12/12

Complete 3 Rounds of each superset
